Everything necessary to find a good tenant including reference checks, leases, movement of utility accounts and everything regulatory.
Full Management:
All of the above plus we handle all matters with regard to your property and collect the rent from your tenant. The tenant does not get contact details. We inspect the property regularly and report to you, provide monthly and year end accounting. Should the need arise we can organise minor repairs and emergency callouts for plumbers, electricians and handymen from our retained list of trades people.

Pension regulation requires that properties held in a Pension are managed by a Property Services Provider holding Licence Class D (Property Management Services). REA Brady hold that licence and we have the market knowledge, experienced staff, robust control systems that have helped us become the market leaders in this region. We inspect the property regularly and report to you and/or your trustee, transfer funds by EFT and provide monthly and year end accounting.
For many years, REA Brady has provided services for the collection, recording and distribution of Land Letting fees on the behalf of our clients, the Land Owners. We provide our clients with Letting Agreements that outline the time frame of the Land Letting and the duty of care to be undertaken by their tenants.
