REA Brady started in 1959 in Elphin Co. Roscommon when Mr. Joe Brady (Snr) purchased the business of Mr. Vincent Dodd.
He would have held his first land auctions at the Fair in Elphin, standing on a box or a cart selling a farm to those assembled on those busy Fair Days. Land sales is where our routes are and we have been successful in that vocation for over 60 years now. We have sold land from as far south as Tulsk in Roscommon, as far East as Rathowen in Westmeath, as far north as Dromahire, Co. Leitrim and as far west as Castlebaldwin, in Sligo. In recent years we have sold a lot of land to Forestry Buyers and have assembled a large database of active buyers for this type of land.
Armed with this experience and knowledge of the land itself, we find ourselves able to provide services to suit all sellers.
